11/17 Sunday 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Mindful Coloring with Mackenzie Bakewell – $40

Join Mackenzie at Breathe Yoga for a special relaxation workshop. She will guide us through a mindful coloring exercise, perfect for pairing with yoga, tea, and relaxation. Mackenzie will share how coloring supports mental and physical well-being by encouraging mindfulness, reducing stress, and promoting relaxation.

Each attendee will receive a copy of Mackenzie’s book, Unlocking Harmony, as a gift, and all coloring supplies will be provided. Tea and healthy snacks will be served for a soothing, creative experience.

You’re also invited to join our Mindful Flow Yoga class at 4:30 PM (separate registration) to continue your relaxation and grounding practice.

Mackenzie will be available for book signings and to share more about her art process after the event.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to combine creativity, mindfulness, and self-care.
